Direct shipping normally takes between 20-28  business days (not including weekends or public holidays) to arrive. Please note that this is the shipping time and does not include the time needed to process the order. We cannot hold responsible for any shipping delay, as we have no control over the package once we have shipped it out.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.
